Oasis Spa Policies

New clients please plan on arriving for your first visit with us 15 minutes before your appointment time.  Bikini waxing clients may want to wear their older under items (panties, thong, etc.), wrap clients may wish to bring extra underwear.

Please do not bring your children to the spa with you.  We are not childproof and do not have an area for them to wait in.

We reserve our time especially for you and  require a Gift Certificate number or  credit card to reserve your appointed time.  A 24 hour notice to reschedule your single appointment to 48 hours notice for multiple appointments, packages or more than one person coming together is required to avoid being charged for time reserved for you. Without the advanced notice those reserved times belong to you as we cannot be sure to find a replacement for your time at that late date.  We appreciate your understanding by not asking us to be the exception to the rule concerning last minute cancellations and missed appointments.
